The Law Offices of Julianne M. Holt, Hillsborough County Public Defender is accepting applications for an Experienced Felony Jury Trial Attorney.

Prior felony jury trial experience required.

You must have a strong desire to learn how to be an excellent trial attorney and serve our indigent community. We are a teaching office with structured training programs, facilitated by highly-skilled trial attorneys. We train our attorneys to try cases before juries. We do this through classroom training, deliberate-practice exercises, and mentorship at trial. We are seeking attorneys who can critically analyze cases, file meritorious motions, and zealously advocate for our clients.

Candidate must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar with a minimum of 2 years experiencein criminal law and an appreciation of indigent defense.

Salary commensurate with experience.

Our office is a qualifying employer for the Federal Student Aid Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF). You may also qualify for the Temporary Expanded PSLF (TEPSLF) Program.
